I’m Hadar, a freelance graphic designer and illustrator. I specialize in branding businesses, creating calligraphy and typographic designs, and have recently honed my skills in font design.
I’m 30 years old, married, and a mom to three sweet kids. I live in Harish and also have a pet parrot 🦜.
A few years ago, I initiated a project called “Et Lizkor” to commemorate the fallen soldiers of the Yom Kippur War by sharing illustrations and stories on social media. When the recent war began, I decided to pause the project and searched for a new way to contribute to remembrance efforts, this time for the current war. I came across this initiative and knew immediately that I had to take part.
Working on the fonts is fascinating, emotional, and deeply inspiring.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute and hope to bring life to the handwriting of more fallen soldiers.
