She grew up in Nokdim. Daughter of her mother Hava and her father Ze’ev.
Here in Nokdim she began her career of plays and singing with her sister. Here she was a counselor in Bnei Akiva. Here she led her younger siblings along the paths and in the parks. And from here she went out to her military service and to wide-ranging work across the Land of Israel.
At home and outside, Noy spread her kindness, her endless giving, lifted events to another level, and brought joy to those around her. Even a trip to the grocery store became a funny and enjoyable experience because of her.
She invested herself fully in friendships, in acting, in singing, and in our special family. She loved Yuval with a great love and was blessed with a special bond with him.
Beloved Noy Tiferet celebrated Simchat Torah 5784 in the Gaza envelope. On Saturday morning, at the gates of Nir Oz, accursed terrorists ended her life and the lives of her fiancé, Yuval Yitzhak Raviv, and his brother Noam Moshe Raviv. May God avenge their blood.
Ten days later, on 2 Heshvan, Noy Tiferet of blessed memory was laid to eternal rest in the cemetery in Kfar Etzion. She left behind a family and many friends. All of them are waiting for a complete redemption.
We miss your hug, your rolling laughter, and the sound of the bells. You are a lofty and special soul. Thank you for being with us. Thank you for choosing us. We hope and long to meet you in the great redemption.
Her mother writes:
My second daughter, the love of my life. She brought so much light into our lives, in song, in music, in the sound of her bells, in her rolling laughter, in her generous gifts, in her care for others, in her sensitivity to other people. What a great loss I have suffered!
Our beloved Noy, you were a light and a flower spreading goodness. You touched the hearts and souls of all of us. To bring joy to others, you always knew how to give even more, and you took care to be precise in the small details.
Dear and beloved Noy Tiferet was taken together with her fiancé, and did not merit to be a radiant bride, but she did merit to be a great light to those around her. Your name reached far, and you were our beauty and our glory.
May your memory be a blessing.
