Lili, 63, was born and raised in Kiryat Ono. At a very young age, she fell in love with the Working and Studying Youth Movement, which filled her entire world. There, she guided others and discovered her passion for education very early in life.
Lili joined the Gar’in in Kfar Aza immediately after her military service, where she met the love of her life, Ram, a kibbutznik from Ruhama, and they never parted since.
Lili and Ram chose to build their home and family in Kfar Aza and were wonderful parents to their two children, Tomer and Raz.
Ram, 56, was a man with golden hands, a man of the earth and manual labor who loved to work hard and always learn and teach. He worked in the garage of Kibbutz Kfar Aza and later moved on to management positions in the Association of Traffic Safety Officers in various companies.
Lili found her place at Sha’ar HaNegev School as a teacher and particularly stood out as a social coordinator.
She was also very active in Kfar Aza and the region, producing the “Darom Adom” (Red South) festival and many others.
In recent years, Lili fulfilled a dream and became a wonderful travel agent. Lili and Ram loved to travel the world and were able to do so together in recent years.
Lili was always full of joy and spreading a good atmosphere to all around her.
Ram always cared for others before himself. The value of giving was supreme for him; he always sought to give to others without compensation. A quiet and modest man, but full of strength.
On October 7, 2023, during the murderous terrorist attack, Ram and Lili were murdered in their home in Kfar Aza.
Their light will be greatly missed in our world.
